The villas are large family homes, many with four or more bedrooms, formal and family living areas, a large kitchen and, in many homes, a pantry or second kitchen. Ceilings are high and rooms open to the garden and the course, which suits tall, full-height joinery.
Many of the original villas were completed more than a decade ago, so their kitchens and wardrobes are now due for replacement. A new kitchen and dressing rooms, with matching doors, are usually the biggest upgrade owners make.
The townhouses and apartments are more compact, and there the focus is storage: tall kitchen units, full-height wardrobes, and a TV wall that hides the clutter of everyday life.
Golf-course villas often have large windows and terraces, so we choose finishes that look good in strong daylight and plan TV walls where glare is not a problem.
Most villas here change hands as resales, and new owners usually want to update the interior before moving in. We measure once, design the kitchen, wardrobes, vanities, doors and living-room joinery together in 3D, and install everything in one programme.
For newer phases, we can start from the developer floor plans before handover and confirm measurements on site once you have the keys.
For villas that have been lived in for years, we usually start with the kitchen, then the master dressing room and bathrooms, so the family can stay at home throughout. Each room takes a few working days on site because the joinery is made in the factory.
Contractor access is managed by the community, and some works need a permit. We tell you what to arrange before we start and keep to the permitted hours.

Yes. Many villas here have master suites large enough for a dressing room with a central island of drawers, glass-fronted wardrobes and integrated lighting. We design it in 3D so you can see the layout before anything is made.
