- After-sales support and warranty services
3.Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design modifications, and project scope changes. A detailed quotation will be provided after the initial consultation and site measurement.
4.Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Generally:
- 40% deposit upon order confirmation
- 40% upon delivery of materials
- 20% upon project completion and handover
5.Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product complexity and availability. OPPEIN UAE will provide updates on delivery schedules. Installation will be scheduled upon delivery confirmation and site readiness.
6.Warranty
OPPEIN UAE provides warranty coverage on all products:
- 10 years on cabinet carcass and structure
- 5 years on hinges and drawer systems
- 2 years on electrical components and accessories
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
7.Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of OPPEIN UAE and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8.Limitation of Liability
OPPEIN UAE's liability is limited to the value of the products and services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.Governing Law
