Aljada, Sharjah

Aljada is Arada's large mixed-use community in Sharjah, close to University City and Muwaileh. It is being built and handed over in phases, with apartment buildings around parks, a central hub of shops, restaurants and entertainment, and its own schools and community facilities.

Because so much of Aljada is new, most of our work here is for new owners: kitchen upgrades, fitted wardrobes, vanities and TV walls that turn a standard handover into a finished home, and durable interiors for owners who rent out their units.

Most homes in Aljada are apartments, from studios to family units, with open or semi-open kitchens and bedrooms handed over with standard wardrobes. Rooms are efficient rather than oversized, so every wall needs to work hard.

In an open-plan apartment the kitchen is part of the living room, so we design it as furniture: handle-free fronts, tall units that hide the fridge and small appliances, and a finish that matches the TV wall and the doors. In bedrooms, wardrobes built to the full ceiling height add a surprising amount of storage.

Many Aljada buyers are investors, and for rental units we recommend hard-wearing, easy-to-clean finishes in a neutral palette that suits a wide range of tenants.

Moving into a new Aljada apartment

If you are waiting for handover, we can start designing from the developer floor plan and confirm every measurement on site once you have the keys. The kitchen upgrade, wardrobes, vanities and TV wall can then be installed together before you move in.

Buildings have their own rules for contractors, such as booked service lifts and permitted working hours, so we plan deliveries and installation around the building's schedule.

Because many Aljada buildings are handed over at around the same time, booking your installation slot early helps you move in on schedule.

Already moved in?

If you are already living in the apartment, we can upgrade one room at a time, starting with whatever bothers you most, usually the kitchen storage or the wardrobes. Because everything is made in the factory, installation takes a few working days per room.

Most buildings ask for a work permit or NOC from building management before contractors start. We give you the scope of work, schedule and team details they usually request.

Can you install before I move in?

How long does it take?

A kitchen or a set of wardrobes takes a few working days on site after manufacturing. A whole apartment usually takes several weeks from design sign-off, most of it in manufacturing.

Can you make a small apartment feel bigger?

Yes. Handle-free fronts, full-height units, a TV wall in the same finish as the kitchen and light-coloured or mirrored wardrobe doors make a compact apartment feel calmer and larger while adding storage.
