Owner-built villas vary a lot from one plot to the next, but most are designed for family life and hospitality, with a majlis near the entrance, a family living room, a main kitchen and often a second kitchen for heavy cooking, and several bedroom suites.
Because room sizes and ceiling heights differ from home to home, we measure every room on site after plastering and design each piece of joinery to fit exactly, rather than working from standard sizes.
The ready-built villas and townhouses are more standard, with open-plan ground floors, and the priority there is getting more storage from the kitchen and bedrooms.
Large plots usually mean large rooms, which suit a walk-in closet in the master suite and a full wall of display cabinets in the majlis.
The best time to talk to us is before the finishing stage, while walls, ceilings and electrical points can still be adjusted. We can review your floor plans, suggest where the kitchens, wardrobes and majlis joinery go, and mark the power and lighting each piece needs.
Once the villa is plastered and the floors are in, we measure every room, produce the full 3D design and an itemised quotation, then manufacture and install everything in one programme.
Some families move in with basic kitchens and wardrobes and upgrade later. We can replace or add to them room by room, starting with the kitchen or the majlis, so the villa stays usable throughout.
Because the joinery is made in the factory, installation in an occupied villa is quick and clean, usually a few working days per room.

Yes. For ready-built homes we focus on extra kitchen storage, full-height wardrobes and vanities, installed room by room or all at once.
Our nearest showroom is in Dubai, at Pyramid Centre, Oud Metha (+971 4 584 2057), open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. If you prefer not to travel, we bring finish samples to your home during the free site visit.
