The townhouses are mostly three- and four-bedroom family homes with an open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor. Storage is the most common gap: kitchens with too few tall units, bedrooms with basic wardrobes, and no proper home for shoes, cleaning things or suitcases.
The villas are larger, many with views over the golf course, more bedrooms, formal living rooms and space for walk-in closets. In these homes the kitchen is often the centre of the ground floor, so owners ask for islands, integrated appliances and a separate pantry or prep area where the layout allows.
The apartments range from studios to family units. For them we focus on making a compact kitchen and bedrooms hold more without making the rooms feel crowded, with the kitchen and TV wall in matching finishes so the living space feels calm.

Yes. We measure, design the new kitchen in 3D, manufacture it to your exact walls and install it in a few working days on site, with new worktops and built-in appliances if you want them.
Where a bedroom is too small for a walk-in room, we design a full-height wardrobe wall with internal drawers, shoe racks and lighting, which gives most of the same storage.
