Townhouses usually have an open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor, bedrooms upstairs, and in many layouts a top-floor family room or terrace. We start with a site visit after handover to measure every room, then design the full interior in 3D. Everything is manufactured to measure and installed by our team, and we coordinate access with the community management office for contractor entry.

Upgrading an existing kitchen or wardrobes

If you have already moved in and want to replace the original kitchen or wardrobes, we can do it room by room. Kitchens are usually replaced in a few working days on site, and wardrobes even faster, so the home stays liveable throughout.

A common upgrade in townhouses is turning wasted space into storage: under-stair cabinets, landing storage, a laundry cupboard and shoe storage at the entrance, all made in the same finishes as the kitchen.

Owners with a top-floor family room often add a TV wall with closed storage and a small pantry or drinks unit, so the upper floor works as a second living space without trips down to the kitchen.

When should I contact you about my handover?

As soon as you know your handover date. We can start the design from your floor plan, then confirm measurements on site after handover, which shortens the time before installation.

Do I need community approval for fit-out works?

Contractor access in master communities is normally managed by the community or developer, and some works need a permit. Replacing kitchens and wardrobes is usually straightforward, and we will tell you what to request from the community office before we start.

Can you match the interior to my cluster's theme?

Yes. We can design lighter, coastal finishes for Mediterranean-style clusters or warmer woods and textures where owners want a more traditional feel, and carry the same palette through the kitchen, wardrobes and doors.

What do you recommend for a rental townhouse?

Durable, neutral finishes, soft-close hardware and a simple, practical kitchen layout. These hold up well to tenant use and appeal to the widest range of renters.

Will cabinets hold up near the lagoons and pools?

Yes. Homes close to water see more humidity, so we use moisture-resistant boards in kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, sealed edges on every panel and stainless or coated hardware. That is standard on all our UAE projects, and every cabinet carries a 10-year structural warranty.

How long does a full townhouse fit-out take?

A whole-home fit-out usually takes 10 to 16 weeks from design sign-off to completion, including manufacturing. A kitchen and wardrobes only is faster.
