The Valley, Dubai

The Valley is a family community by Emaar on the Dubai–Al Ain Road, built around parks, a town centre and outdoor amenities. It is made up mainly of three- and four-bedroom townhouses in phases such as Eden, Talia, Orania, Nara and Alana, with larger villas in phases such as Farm Gardens.

Most homes in The Valley are recent handovers, and many owners are families moving out of apartments for more space. A typical Valley townhouse has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor, often with a guest room or maid's room, and three bedrooms upstairs including a master suite. Layouts are efficient rather than oversized, so every wall counts: tall kitchen units, full-height wardrobes and storage under the stairs make a noticeable difference.

The villas in the larger phases offer more space, with bigger kitchens, more bedrooms and room for a walk-in closet in the master suite. In both, the interiors are handed over in a clean, neutral style, which makes it easy to choose finishes that suit the family.

Many ground floors open onto a garden or terrace, so the kitchen is often the room families spend most time in. Owners here frequently ask for a breakfast bar or island facing the garden, and tall pantry units so the open-plan space stays tidy when guests come over.

Moving into a new Valley home

The best time to plan the interior is around handover. We can start designing from your floor plan, measure the finished rooms after handover, and then manufacture the kitchen upgrades, wardrobes, vanities and storage to fit exactly. Installing everything before the family moves in avoids living in a half-finished home.

For families with young children we design with practical details in mind: soft-close drawers and doors, wipe-clean finishes in the kitchen, adjustable shelving in children's wardrobes, and a shoe and coat cabinet by the entrance.

Upgrading after you move in

If you have already moved in, the most popular upgrades are replacing or extending the kitchen cabinets, adding fitted wardrobes to bedrooms that were handed over with basic ones, and turning the space under the stairs into proper storage. Each can be done on its own, in a few working days on site.

Because The Valley is a little outside central Dubai, we plan site visits and installations in advance and bring everything needed in one delivery, so the work is finished in as few visits as possible.

Do you work in The Valley by Emaar?

Yes. The Valley is within our Dubai service area. We visit to measure, design in 3D and install, across phases such as Eden, Talia, Orania, Nara, Alana and Farm Gardens.

Can you design before my handover?

Yes. We can design from the developer floor plan before handover, then confirm every measurement on site once you have the keys. That shortens the time until installation.

What is the most useful upgrade for a Valley townhouse?

Storage. Full-height fitted wardrobes, extra tall units in the kitchen and a cabinet under the stairs usually add the most usable space for a family moving in from an apartment.

Do I need Emaar or community approval?

Contractor access is usually managed by the community, and some works need a permit. Kitchen and wardrobe installation is typically straightforward, and we will tell you what to arrange with the community office before we start.

Is The Valley too far for a site visit?

No. We plan visits and installations in advance and bring everything in one delivery, so being further from the city centre does not change the service or the price structure.

Can you fit out the maid's room and laundry too?

Yes. We design built-in wardrobes and shelving for the maid's or guest room, and laundry cabinets around the washer and dryer with space for detergents, an ironing board and baskets, in the same finishes as the rest of the home.

Where can I see finishes before choosing?

Visit our Dubai showroom at Pyramid Centre, Oud Metha, open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, or ask us to bring samples to your site visit.
