The townhouses are mostly three- and four-bedroom homes with an open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs. Kitchens are compact and were handed over with a limited number of cabinets, so tall units, deeper drawers and a pantry cabinet make a big difference.
