Al Shamkha villas are typically large family homes built around hospitality and privacy. Layouts often include a men's majlis with its own entrance, a family majlis or living room, a main kitchen and a separate kitchen for heavy cooking, and many bedrooms, along with storage rooms and staff accommodation.
Because owners usually design their villas themselves, room sizes and ceiling heights vary from one home to the next. That is why we measure every room on site after plastering and design each piece of joinery to fit exactly, rather than working from standard sizes.
Generous rooms make room for features that smaller homes cannot fit: a walk-in closet with an island in the master suite, a full wall of display cabinets in the majlis, and a kitchen with an island large enough for the whole family.
The best time to talk to us is before the finishing stage, while walls, ceilings and electrical points can still be adjusted. We can review your floor plans, suggest where the kitchens, wardrobes and majlis joinery go, and mark the power and lighting each piece needs.
Once the villa is plastered and the floors are in, we measure every room, produce the full 3D design and an itemised quotation, then manufacture and install everything in one programme.
Some families move in with the builder's basic kitchen and wardrobes and upgrade later. We can replace or add to them room by room, starting with the kitchen or the majlis, so the villa stays usable throughout.
Because the joinery is manufactured off site, installation in an occupied villa is quick and clean, and usually takes a few working days per room.

Our Abu Dhabi showroom is in the BILDCO Building, Al Zahiyah (+971 2 635 1498), open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. You can also ask us to bring finish samples to your site visit.
